Most Security Problems on a Job Aren't Technical. They're Coordination Problems.

The wrong product gets picked to hit a number. The integrator shows up out of sequence. Submittals get approved without a real review. Then the owner inherits a system nobody documented, and the callback lands on the GC.

Marlow Aegis sits on your side of the table so none of that happens.

Security Product Evaluation & Recommendations

Access control, intrusion detection, and video assessed against your budget, your schedule, and the AHJ. Every recommendation is chosen on fit and total cost of ownership, never manufacturer incentives.

Security Design Review & QA/QC

Hand-drawn layout sketches on white paper

Phase-by-phase review of the security drawings and specifications, so gaps, overspecs, and code conflicts get caught while they're still inexpensive to fix. Review and comment only; engineered design stays with the engineer of record.

Integrator Submittal Review

A real technical check on integrator submittals against the design intent, the budget, and the owner's standards, so what gets installed is what was approved.

Security Project Management & Coordination

Integration managed around how the job actually gets built, keeping the security scope in sequence with your crew, your trades, and the owner's facilities team.

Commissioning Support & Owner Handoff

Red-lines, documentation, and training precise enough that someone who wasn't in the room can maintain the system five years from now.

How We Work with Your Team

On Your Side of the Table

Marlow Aegis doesn't sell equipment, install systems, or take manufacturer incentives. Engineered design, installation, and code sign-off stay with your licensed contractor or engineer. That independence is what keeps our recommendations honest.

Jeff Marlow, Founder and Principal of Marlow Aegis

Meet Jeff Marlow,
Founder and Principal

I spent 18 years leading physical security at Amazon, most recently as Regional Senior Manager, Physical Security Programs, Americas. I co-authored Amazon's first global Logistics Physical Security Design Build Book, governed programs across more than 5,200 sites, and have delivered projects from the integrator's side with full P&L responsibility. Before that, I served more than 14 years in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

When you bring in Marlow Aegis, you work directly with me, from the first scope review through commissioning.
