This Privacy Policy explains what information Marlow Aegis, LLC ("Marlow Aegis," "we," "us," or "our") collects through marlowaegis.com (the "Site"), the Aegis Assessment, our booking page, and our emails, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. The short version

We collect only what we need to respond to you, send your Aegis Assessment results, and stay in touch. We do not sell your personal information. You can unsubscribe from our emails or ask us to delete your information at any time.

2. Information you give us

  • Contact and sign-up forms: your name, email address, and any other details you choose to include, such as your company or project

  • Aegis Assessment: your first name, email address, the answers you select, and the score and rating that result

  • Booking a call: your name, email address, the time you select, and anything else you enter on the booking form

  • Email: the content of any message you send us

3. Information collected automatically

  • Site usage: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring website, the date and time of your visit, and approximate location based on IP address, collected through cookies and similar technologies used by our website host

  • Email engagement: whether an email was delivered or opened and which links were clicked

4. How we use information

  • Respond to inquiries and schedule calls

  • Deliver your Aegis Assessment results and follow-up emails related to your rating

  • Send updates, insights, and information about our services

  • Understand how the Site is used so we can improve it

  • Protect the Site, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations

We join you to our email list when you submit a form or complete the Aegis Assessment. Every email includes an unsubscribe link and our mailing address. We do not buy or rent email lists.

5. Who we share information with

We share information with the service providers that run the Site and our communications. They process it on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies.

We may also use standard business tools for email, file storage, and internal messaging that handle your information when you correspond with us.

Beyond these providers, we share information only if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising. The Site does not use advertising pixels.

6. Cookies and analytics

Our website host uses cookies and similar technologies. Some are necessary for the Site to load and stay secure. Others are analytics cookies that tell us how many people visit and which pages they view. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and where a cookie banner is shown you can decline analytics cookies there. The Site will still work without them.

7. How long we keep information

We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes above. If you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you and keep a minimal record of the request so we can honor it. We keep inquiry and booking records for as long as they are reasonably useful for business and legal purposes, then delete them.

8. Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold. No website or email system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send confidential or security-sensitive project information through the Site's forms.

9. Your choices and rights

  • Unsubscribe: use the link at the bottom of any email, or email us and we will remove you

  • Access, correct, or delete: email us and we will tell you what we hold, fix it, or delete it

  • Cookies: manage them through your browser or the cookie banner where shown

Depending on where you live, privacy laws may give you additional rights, such as the right to know what personal information a business holds about you and to have it deleted. We respond to verified requests within 30 days and do our best to honor reasonable requests regardless of where you live. We will not treat you differently for making one.

10. Visitors outside the United States

Marlow Aegis operates in the United States, and the Site is intended for a U.S. business audience. If you use the Site from another country, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

11. Children

The Site is for business and professional use and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Links to other websites

The Site may link to websites we do not operate. This Privacy Policy does not cover them, and we encourage you to read their policies.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last revised. If we make a significant change to how we use personal information, we will note it on the Site.
